Would you like to be free of stress, sadness and worries? 
Here is the right path to achieve your target.

What ever you see: Leave it as it is. Don't let them to interfere your mind. Good feeling(loving) or bad feeling(anger)
 
What ever you hear: leave it  also as before.  Don't let them to interfere your mind. Good feeling(loving) or bad feeling(anger)

What ever thoughts come to your mind keep them all away from you, don't take anything as serious. 

 Don't let any ideas to put you down or get you stress,sadness or worries, in which:  What ever you see. What ever you hear. What ever thoughts come to your mind.
Now you are free from stress, sadness, Worries or addictiveness. 

This way is the shortest way to come to Enlightenment (Nibbana)
